System Verification Engineer

As an engineer (m / f / d) for control system verification you work with us in demanding projects of the aviation and automotive industry. Your responsibilities include testing engine control systems on an HIL rig, assisting with engine testing, and planning and documenting tests. You will develop test strategies and test scripts to test system requirements, automatically and manually evaluate the results or flight test data, and compare your findings with the functional developers and software specialists at our site and at the customer. You carry out design analyses and comparative
studies, take part in design reviews and contribute to the preparation of registration documents. To solve these tasks,
you also develop system models and perform simulations. You use requirements management and document management systems, modelling and documenting using UML and SysML, and use tools such as Matlab / Simulink. You work in a team at a + i and at our customer and accompany the developments from design to specification to presentation and acceptance.

Your Profile

  • Professional experience as an aerospace engineer, engineer or technical - mathematical studies with a good to very good degree
  • Experience in control and system development, real-time systems, embedded systems,
    or experience in Systems Engineering and Requirement Management,
    or experience in software development, UML, SysML
  • Knowledge of Matlab / Simulink
  • very good knowledge of MS Office
  • very good knowledge of English (working language)
  • independent, methodical work
  • Experience in engine development advantageous
